Corram Plastics BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we aim to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. • For the duration of the contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for at least 7 years.

Personal data of newsletter subscribers is processed by Corram Plastics BV for the following purpose:

Legal basis: Subscription via trade fairs, sign-up through advertising, becoming a customer, website registration, or by phone.

For this purpose, Corram Plastics BV may request the following personal data from you:

Processing of Personal Data of Prospects, Stakeholder/Lobby Contacts and/or Interested Parties

Personal data of prospects, stakeholder or lobby contacts and/or interested parties is processed by Corram Plastics BV for the following purpose:

• Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.

Legal basis: Oral consent, business card exchange and/or via LinkedIn connection.

For this purpose, Corram Plastics BV may request the following personal data from you:

• Name(s);
• Gender;
• Position;
• Address details;
• Telephone number;
• E-mail address.

Your personal data will be stored by Corram Plastics BV for the above purpose for the following period:

• For as long as you are regarded as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. We use third parties for:

• Maintaining the internet environment (websites, e-mail);
• Performing the (financial) administration;
• Handling newsletters, mailings and invitations;

We never pass on personal data to parties with whom we have not concluded a processor agreement.
